Cape Mentelle Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2007

Located in Margaret River, WA Cloudy Bays Australian sister is producing some of the best wines of the region. Think of this as New World version of an old world classic – white Bordeaux.

This wine bring fantastic freshness, limes, lemon, and grassy aromas. This freshness, zesty acidity almost jumps out of the glass – with the Semillon helping to broaden out the palate on this wine.

On the palate, the wine is balanced, pure and has good concentration. This wine is crisp, dry, refreshing and definitely moreish, enjoy with Caesar Salad, or grilled lemonsole.
