Annual Wine Fair at Cases Wine Warehouse Galway
Its that time of year again – and while it might appear a little early to be putting up and decorating Xmas trees why not get into the christmas spirit early this year. Following on from the very successful event last year, picture below from last year, Peter and the crew at Cases are hosting another event this year.

On the evening of Thursday 5th November at Cases. Tickets cost €20 and the evening runs from 6.30 to 10.00pm. Over 120 wines from 20 importers will be available for tasting on the night, with the full proceeds going to the National Breast Cancer Research Institute. There will also be cheeses to sample from Seamus Sheridan and plenty of live music and craic.
As you know, last year’s event was a sell-out, raising over €2,000 for Enable Ireland and we fully expect to break that figure this year.
The National Breast Cancer Research Institute, which employs a team of 20 researchers in the grounds of UCHG, conducts relevant, ethical research into the biology of breast cancer, to determine the cause of this disease and improve the treatment for patients. The NBCRI also works to raise awareness of breast cancer and fundraises to provide improved breast cancer services for women throughout Ireland.
